Does he dispose of a Unique Licence (an environment licence, an urbanistic licence and an exploitation licence) obligatory since the 1rst of January 2005 ?

Durbuy Adventure has been able to transform the threats that weighed on it from the Walloon Administration for Environment in a real opportunity. Supported by the Environment Service of the Chamber of Commerce, the company located on the heights of Durbuy has surmounted with success the real "adventure course", that shut off the road for candidates to the so desired "Sesame Open". In this way it becomes the first company in its sector that has obtained the unique licence. From now on it is the long term tourism – with respect for the environment- that is one of its principal leitmotivs.
On a superficies of 15 hectares, located in a leisure zone, the base "adventure" in Rome, on the heights of the small Arden town proposes to the thousands of tourists, that it welcomes every year, not less than 15 different activities so as : paintball, climbing, course in the trees, fishing, archery, potholing… but also a camping ground, restaurant and meeting rooms. The Charlier (husband and wife), the dynamic bosses of the company, don’t think about it to stop there, they will soon rush forward into the construction of new activities such as a “ laser game,” an electric carting and a "Big Tyrolienne".
Proud of having obtained this licence, Joseph Charlier hopes greatly that the other companies in the sector will do the same.
